Yeezy brand is famous for covering their models in earth-toned browns and tans. As of recently, we have been given some colorful tones like the upcoming Yeezy Boost 350 V2 “MX Blue” and “Dazzling Blue.” This colorful approach continues on the adidas Yeezy Boost 700 “Sulfur Yellow."
First spotted in a wheel of samples tweeted out by Ye in 2020, the Sulfur Yellow Yeezy Boost 700 switches things up. Covered in layers of mesh, suede and leather, the entire upper is shaded in muted yellows. Dark Grey laces work up the greenish-yellow tongue, accented by the suede overlays around the midfoot and forefoot in pale yellow.
Hidden Three Stripe branding appears in 3M underneath the mesh midfoot panel, sitting alongside the 3M drips placed on the ankle. The only deviation of this “Sulfur Yellow” on the upper comes at the suede toe cap, dressed in a light grey. The colorful upper is accented by an entirely dark brown foam midsole containing full-length BOOST, matched to a black herringbone traction rubber outsole.
The adidas Yeezy Boost 700 Sulfur Yellow is expected to release in the Spring of 2022. It will drop through adidas, Yeezy Supply and select Yeezy retailers online and in-store.
