After debuting on the Air Jordan 1 High Zoom CMFT in September of 2020, Nike’s reusable Crater materials made their way onto the AJ 1 Mid one year later. Now in 2022, the Air Jordan 1 Mid Crater is prepping for its second release. Nicknamed the “University Blue” edition, this Jay’s sport a two-toned, grey-based upper made up of soft cotton and partially recycled materials. University Blue highlights the collar and tongue lining as well as zig-zag contrast stitching that covers the majority of the Swoosh logos on both sides of the sneaker. Nike Grind materials are represented via the Wings logo on the collar, Swoosh on the sides and outsole.
The Air Jordan 1 Mid Crater University Blue is set to be released in 2022. It will drop at Nike as well as select Jordan Brand retailers in-store and online. They will be available in men’s sizing with a retail price set at $130.
