Taking on the mid-top model of the AJ 1, the “Lakers” edition boasts a smooth leather construction. The white base acts as a canvas for the dark concord purple and taxi yellow hues, with the former gracing the ankle, Nike Swoosh, and toe box, and the latter making its way across the rest of the upper. The iconic Jumpman insignia hits the tongue, while Jordan Brand’s legendary winged basketball emblem is finely stamped onto the ankle. The LA Lakers-themed release then rests atop a clean white Nike Air midsole and black solid rubber outsole.
The Air Jordan 1 Mid Lakers is set to release in Holiday 2022. It will drop at Nike as well as select Jordan Brand retailers worldwide, in-store and online. Coming in full-family sizing, men's pairs will retail for $125, GS for $110, PS for $75, and TD for $60.
