Another Black Red Bred Air Jordan 1 Mid Is Coming
Updated on •Published
In late February, a new iteration of the classic “Bred” colorway of the Air Jordan 1 had surfaced in mid-top form. Covering the entire upper is the words “Black” and “Red.” Black is written across the black portions of the upper, while red is on the red parts. To symbolize the combination of black and red, “Black+Red=Bred” is found on the heel of the white midsole. Now, another “Black+Red=Bred” themed AJ1 Mid has appeared, only this one isn’t as cut and dry as the other.
Coming in black, gym red, and white, this Air Jordan 1 Mid features an all-leather upper. White covers the majority of the sneaker, accented by black. The words “Black” and “Red” cover the upper, with “Red” across the black portions and “Black” covering the white. But doing so, Jordan Brand has added more color to this Air Jordan 1 Mid as the “Red” labeling makes for a faux design over the black accents. The “Black+Red=Bred” theme is labeled on the white midsole, sitting atop a red outsole.
The Air Jordan 1 Mid SS Black+Red=Bred GS is set to release in 2022. It will drop at Nike as well as select Jordan Brand retailers worldwide, in-store and online. Coming in GS, PS, and TD sizing, retail is set at $110 for gradeschool.
