Continuing to show love to the iconic Air Jordan 1, Jordan Brand not only has a series of retro releases headed our way for the Holiday 2023 season but an introduction to new versions of the silhouette. On top of the ultra-expensive “Wings” collection, another women’s exclusive silhouette is debuting - the Air Jordan 1 MM High. Already spotted in a “Pure Platinum Coconut Milk,” the latest colorway on the model comes in “Galactic Jade Sky J Mauve.”
Like the aforementioned neutral-shaded pair, this new colorway on the AJ 1 MM High features a mixture of tumbled leather and canvas across its construction. Galactic jade hues appear on the mudguard and collar, while sky j mauve is on the heel and top of the eyestays. More neutral tones can be spotted with white shades on the canvas toebox and quarter panel, while sail-like shades mark the tongue and collar. This vintage cream continues to the lower portion of the eyestays and the Swoosh logo along the midfoot. These overlays mentioned above come slightly enlarged compared to the typical AJ 1 design and are slightly raised off the upper. Rounding out the design is the sail AJ 1 midsole paired with a sky j mauve rubber outsole.
The Air Jordan 1 MM High Galactic Jade Sky J Mauve W will be released in November 2023 through Nike and select Jordan Brand retailers online and in-store. Coming in women’s sizing, the retail price is set at $155.
