Originally released as part of the 2009 DMP Pack, the Air Jordan 1 Retro High Celtics released alongside its Bred counterpart. In essence, sneakerheads couldn't get one without the other. Celtics' fans rejoice, the Air Jordan 1 Retro High Celtics is releasing as an "OG" edition, complete with "Nike Air" branding on the tongue tags and insoles for Summer 2023.
Celebrating Michael Jordan's 63-point run against the Boston Celtics in April 1986, this Jordan 1 High features white tumbled leather underlays combined with Lucky Green overlays. Finishing off the upper, premium black leather covers the toe guard and sneaker's collar. Moving on down the silhouette is the classic white Jordan 1 rubber midsole juxtaposed by a Lucky Green treaded outsole. Important to note, this will be as OG as they come so there will be no Jumpman on the back heel this time around.
Coming in a full family size run, the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Celtics will hit shelves on April 15th, 2023 for $180 in men's sizing, $140 for GS; $85 (PS), and $70 (TD).
