With 2023 marking the 25th Anniversary of the Air Jordan 3, expect to see Jordan Brand honor the iconic silhouette throughout the year. We can expect to see new and old colorways of the Air Jordan 3 release, as well as AJ 3-inspired themes on various silhouettes. Honoring the OG “True Blue” colorway, the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG pays tribute in this clean makeover.
While we have seen “True Blue” featured on the Air Jordan 1 in the past, this is the first time it makes its way onto an AJ 1 High OG. Coming in true blue, white, and cement grey, the inspiration here is clear. Sporting an all-leather upper in OG “Black Toe” style colorblocking, true blue is paired with cement grey on the overlays, while white makes up the underlays. One word describes this pair, clean.
The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG True Blue is set to release in Spring 2023. It will drop at Nike as well as select Jordan Brand retailers worldwide, in-store and online. Coming in full-family sizing, retail is set at $180 for men.
