Its no secret that the Air Jordan 2 is has become the next go-to sneaker for Jordan Brand. Taking the reigns from the AJ 1, the AJ 2 comeback started in late 2021 with a pair of Off-White collabs. While AJ 2 drops have been spread throughout 2022, plenty of pairs are set to drop in 2023, including this all-new "University Blue" edition.
Made to pay homage to Michael Jordan's alma mater, the University of North Carolina, the Air Jordan 2 Retro "University Blue" comes in a clean white, university blue, and cement grey. The pair sports a clean white-based leather upper with university blue accents, finished off by a predominantly grey solid rubber outsole. This AJ 2 Low is a perfect substitute for those who can't fit into the women's exclusive Air Jordan 2 Retro Low "UNC to Chi" edition that's dropping in March 2023. You'll just have to wait until Fall 2023 to cop this pair.
The Air Jordan 2 Retro Low University Blue will release July 8th, 2023. It will drop at Nike, via the SNKRS app, and at select Jordan Brand retailers worldwide, both in-store and online. Coming in men's and gradeschool sizing, retail is set at $150 and $130, respectively.
