Jordan Brand has seen remarkable success with the Air Jordan 4 in recent years, and the brand is set to capitalize on the hype by introducing a new iteration: the Air Jordan 4 RM. This refined version of the AJ 4 is poised to make waves in the sneaker community. Several colorways are planned for release, including collaborations like the Nigel Sylvester edition and the inline Black Light Bone rendition. A new Sail Black Canyon Rust colorway is set to drop, further expanding the appeal of this iconic model.
The Air Jordan 4 RM Sail Black Canyon Rust features a sophisticated mix of materials, including leather, suede, TPU, and mesh. While this model retains some beloved elements from the original AJ4, it introduces new design aspects that set it apart. The shape of the toe and mudguard remain faithful to the classic model, providing a sense of familiarity for longtime fans. However, adding a TPU panel on the midfoot that extends back to the heel offers a fresh and modern twist.
The sneaker boasts a black suede mudguard and vamp, contrasted by white leather on the toe. The white mesh appears on the tongue and eyestay, adding texture and breathability. The TPU heel tab features the iconic Nike Air text, while Jumpman Flight logos grace the tongue tag, maintaining a classic Jordan Brand aesthetic. Underfoot, the sneaker has a sail Jordan 4 midsole, paired with a sail and red rubber outsole for enhanced traction and durability.
The Air Jordan 4 RM Sail Black Canyon Rust will release in Fall 2024 through Nike and select Jordan Brand retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $150.
