Can you believe The Lion King is almost 30 years old? An animated feature film from Disney that we still continue to quote and sing on the daily, the German footwear company has now taken the wraps off the Disney x adidas Stan Smith The Lion King. While it could've focuses on the movie's heroes, this collaboration is instead by inspired the main villain, Scar.
From a distance, this just looks like your classic Stan Smith. With an orange leather construction, the upper doesn't really feature many details that would make you to believe that this was a Disney collaboration. It's only when you move around the heel that you'll spot a black fur badge that harkens back to Scar's glorious mane. You'll find illustrations of him on the left tongue tag as well as the insoles, and the sneaker is rounded off with a cream white midsole that makes these extremely wearable.
