The Eric “Shake” James x adidas Twilight Collection Releases March 2025

After collaborations on the Forum Low and Rivalry Low, Eric “Shake” James, founder of Milwaukee’s Clicks Kicks, is again partnering with adidas for a new footwear collaboration. While these previous projects focused on retro basketball silhouettes, the new Twilight Collection features new colorways on the adidas Crazy IIInfinity and the Mad IIInfinity Mule.

Starting with the Crazy IIInfinity, which is inspired by Kobe Bryant’s adidas Crazy 1 sneaker, the synthetic upper comes coated in a vibrant orange-red hue that contrasts with the stark black hits on the top half of the sneaker. Added branding details from Shake include adidas text placed near the rubberized toecap, Three Stripes logos in black placed inside the Three Stripes on the midfoot, and more Three Stripes logos added to the mesh shroud that conceals the lacing setup. New to the silhouette is suede, which is reserved for the heel, while the look is complete with a green-tinted rubber outsole.

For the Mule, we see a gradient of green to orange-red applied to the EVA foam construction. Contrasting the vibrant hues are black details along the Three Stripes graphic printed atop the entire silhouette. The tonal outsole finishes the design. Both pairs are meant to pay homage to those who work behind the scenes to win at life, just as basketball players do to improve their game.

Helping celebrate the collection’s launch, Eric “Shake” James and adidas are hosting a series of events across the city of Milwaukee. A Friends & Family basketball, open to the public, will take place on March 1, while a sneaker fair at Seifert Public School will include design workshops and other activities to empower young minds. Finally, local radio station Truth Radio will honor Shake with a Truth Community Award on February 28.

The Eric “Shake” James x adidas Twilight Collection will release on March 1, 2025, through Clicks Kicks online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price for the Crazy IIInfinity is set at $140, while the Mad IIInfinity Mule will retail for $80.
