Jordan Brand has made a noteworthy impact in the sneaker industry by introducing the Jordan Luka 2, the stellar sophomore signature shoe for NBA star Luka Doncic. Unlike the recently revealed "White Black," "University Red," and "Game Royal" Team-Bank colorways, Luka’s line will soon host a dynamic Safari-inspired rendition.
Tapping into the wild side, this Jordan Luka 2 boasts a vibrant, multi-colored upper. The shoe uses the familiar engineered mesh in an energetic orange at its foundation, setting the stage for the details. The faux animal print overlay, stretching from the midfoot to the heel, adds a bold flair and makes a daring statement. A sharp contrast is achieved with a blue TPU film, harmoniously matched with Luka and Jordan branding in the same shade. Additional detailing like the black tongue, sockliner, and eyestays enhance the shoe's overall appeal. Finally, the underfoot technology is functional and stylish, featuring a crisp white foam midsole. Strategic black TPU plugs near the toe and forefoot provides added support, while the semi-translucent clear rubber outsole ensures traction on and off the court.
The Jordan Luka 2 Safari will release November 19, 2023 through Nike and select Jordan Brand retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $130.
