The Jordan Tatum 3 Sidewalk Chalk Releases December 2024

The reigning NBA champions, the Boston Celtics, have been off to a fiery hot start to the NBA season, currently sitting 2nd in the Eastern Conference with a 15-3 record. Jayson Tatum has contributed significantly to the team's success, in his signature sneaker with Jordan Brand, the Jordan Tatum 3. For the model’s newest makeover, Jordan Brand and Tatum recall a theme found on his second signature sneaker — Sidewalk Chalk.

The multi-paneled Jordan Tatum 3 gets a muted pastel makeover across various materials. Ripstop nylon around the lateral toe and collar comes in varying pale green and orange shades, broken up by black and pale ivory hits that line the edge of the wavy panels. Different mesh weaves are present along the toe, midfoot, and collar sections, continuing the pale pastel color palette.

Grounding the design are the hits of solid black located on the mesh tongue, lace set, sockliner, and heel pull tab, with the tongue featuring a “chalk” drawn Jayson Tatum logo. The chalk drawings continue onto the inside and heel of the sneaker as branding details for Tatum and Jordan Brand appear to be hand drawn. Finishing the design is the rubber midsole that contains Cushlon 3.0 foam, a Zoom Air insert, and the tonal rubber outsole.

The Jordan Tatum 3 Sidewalk Chalk will release on December 12, 2024, through Nike and select Jordan Brand retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s and GS sizing, the retail price is set at $125 and $90, respectively.
