Although his time on the NBA court has not played out exactly as he would have liked, Zion Williamson continues to be a strong star for Jordan Brand. After signing with the label in 2019, he quickly earned himself a signature silhouette with the Jordan Zion 1 released in 2021 and a follow-up (the Zion 2) hitting shelves at the end of 2022. After appearing in various colorways, including a collaboration with Naruto, Jordan Brand has dressed the model in a clean neutral colorway featuring light camo print dubbed “M.I.S.”
Across its mesh and suede construction, the silhouette gets dressed in neutral shades, including white, photon dust, and black, with accenting hits of red on select details. The mesh on the toe and collar comes in a stark white hue, while the mudguard, lockdown strap, eyestays, and heel overlays come in photon dust. Most of these panels have perforations and a light camo print pattern. As of the hits of black, we see the “Zoom Air” in red rest atop a black panel on the lockdown strap and a black-on-black tongue/lace set. Zion’s “ZW” branding on the tongue and the Jumpman logo on the heel continues this red shade. Rounding out the design is a white foam midsole with Air Strobel in the heel and a Zoom Air cushion in the forefoot paired with a black and red rubber outsole.
The Jordan Zion 2 M.I.S. will be released on April 10th, 2023, through Nike and select Jordan Brand retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $120.
