The Reebok Court Victory Pump, a sneaker icon from the 90s primarily associated with tennis legend Michael Chang, is making a grand comeback in March 2024. Reebok has been on a nostalgic trip, bringing back revered models from its archive, like Allen Iverson's Reebok Question Red Toe, and now turning its focus to the tennis court. The last retro of this specific Court Victory Pump colorway was back in 2012.
The Reebok Court Victory Pump in Glen Green Solar Acid Yellow makes a comeback in its original glory, a faithful rendition of the model once worn by Chang himself. The design remains true to its roots, featuring a blend of leather, TPU, and textile across its predominantly white upper. Strategic touches of green accentuate the midfoot TPU window and parts of the tongue. At the same time, the iconic Reebok Pump technology is highlighted with a tennis ball-shaped button - a nod to its court-specific legacy. The sneaker also sports a playful checkerboard pattern on the heel and tongue lining, contrasted with vibrant highlighter green hits on the heel tab and parts of the sole unit. Completing the nostalgic feel is a Hexalite-cushioned midsole, dressed in white and green, alongside a durable green and grey outsole.
The Reebok Court Victory Pump Glen Green Solar Acid Yellow will release on March 15, 2024, through Reebok and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $160. Download the Sole Retriever mobile app to stay updated on the latest releases, raffles, news, and more in the sneaker and streetwear world.
