New Balance's Made in USA lineup, curated by creative director and founder of ALD Teddy Santis, continues to impress with its commitment to craftsmanship and quality. While we’re expecting the revival of models like the 992 and 997 in the coming months as part of his Season 6 collection, the latest seasonal colorways for the 990v6 are almost here. Included in this is a brand-new Reflection Marblehead and a Castlerock Moonrock rendition.
The New Balance 990v6 Reflection Marblehead features a sophisticated palette that combines grey pigskin suede on the mudguard, eyestays, and heel overlays with dark grey perforated nubuck on the toe and midfoot. Silver accents complement this textural contrast on the iconic N logo, top eyelets, and the tongue tag, which proudly displays the 990v6 branding. Additional branding elements include a 990 logo on the lateral heel and Made in USA branding on the heel tab, underscoring the shoe's origin and quality. The upper's refined color scheme matches a comfortable and supportive underfoot setup, featuring a grey, cream, and white foam midsole equipped with FuelCell cushioning and a durable black rubber outsole for optimal traction.
The New Balance 990v6 Made in USA Reflection Marblehead will release August 15, 2024, through New Balance and select retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $220. Download the Sole Retriever mobile app to stay updated on the latest releases, raffles, news, and more in the sneaker and streetwear world.
