Deion Sanders is a jack of all trades. The two-sport phenom took his Prime Time talents from the baseball diamond to the football field. Now the head coach at the University of Colorado Boulder, many may not know or have forgotten that Deion was also a rapper. In December 1994, he released his lone album, Prime Time, on MC Hammer's Bust It Records. The album reached 70 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums and 14 on the Top Heatseekers. His single Must Be the Money was accompanied by a music video shown on TV channels such as MTV, VH1, and BET (iykyk). For Fall 2025, Nike is set to honor Deion's dive into hip-hop with an all-new Must Be the Money edition of his Diamond Turf silhouette.
Shown off by his son, Deion Sanders Jr., Deion Sr.'s Nike Air Diamond Turf Must Be the Money comes in a clean white, ice blue, metallic gold, black, and sail colorway. The all-white leather upper is highlighted by subtle hits of ice blue and black, seen on the branding throughout, lining, and portions of the midsole and outsole. Metallic Gold pops are found via the Nike branding on the back heel and insoles and Deion's Diamond Turf emblem on the tongue. Yellow piping adds a vintage vibe, while two sets of laces are included.
The Nike Air Diamond Turf Must Be the Money is set to release in Fall 2025. They will be available via Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, retail is set at $130.
