Everyone knows that 2022 is the 40th Anniversary of the classic Nike Air Force 1. The Swoosh has been very vocal in spreading the word, releasing various versions of the 1982 silhouette, almost on a weekly basis. Both old and new color schemes are set to release throughout the year, including this “Our Force 1” edition in late May.
A women’s exclusive, the Nike Air Force 1 Low “Our Force 1” draws inspiration from rebellious spirits who create new ways of expression. Made to commemorate the sneakers iconic anniversary, it features a phantom-based leather upper with snakeskin overlays. Pink Nebula accents are found throughout, such as via the tongue tag branding and faded design throughout the sole. Traditional perforations on the toebox have been altered, featuring 20 dots on each shoe, 40 total, in a Swoosh design, commemorating the 40th Anniversary.
