The Nike Air Max 1 has become a mainstay since its resurgence in 2023. Years prior, the Air Max 1 wasn't a silhouette you'd commonly find on store shelves. You can expect to see various colorways in stores throughout the year. The trend will continue into 2025, with pairs like All Red Everything and the Big Bubble Vanta Black editions already confirmed. Dropping for Spring 2025 is an all-new Bred edition of the Air Max 1, perfect for fans of the silhouette who love this classic color mash-up.
An essential edition, the Nike Air Max 1 Bred comes in a clean black, university red, and iron grey colorway. Black suede covers the overlays with leather on the mudguard. The grey mesh comes into play via the underlays, nylon tongue, sockliner, and laces. University Red adds color, as seen via the Swoosh on the sides and top plastic eyelets. More red comes into play via the Nike Air branding on the tongue tag, insoles, and back heel tab. A black midsole featuring visible red Max Air cushioning in the heel rests on a durable recycled black rubber outsole with a red toe.
The Nike Air Max 1 Bred is set to release in January 2025. They will be available via Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, retail is set at $140.
