With the hybrid mashup Air Max 97 on the way, Nike Sportswear looks to bring these OG colorways to another coveted silhouette, the Air Max 90. Joining in on the celebration of 35 years of Air Max, no silhouette is safe in 2022.
Taking design inspiration directly from the original Nike Air Max 97 “Atlantic Blue” and “Japan” editions, this all-new Nike Air Max 90 comes in black, Atlantic Blue, voltage yellow, white, and wolf grey. Featuring rough suede overlays in Atlantic Blue, paired with black OG mesh underlays. Grey accents are found on the plastic eyelets and “Air Max” branding on the black nubuck mudguard. Helping to break up the darker colors are the white laces, liner, and midsole. Voltage Yellow details can be seen on the inside tongue lining, “Air” branding on the back heel tab and insoles, and the visible Max Air unit in the heel.
The Nike Air Max 90 Atlantic Blue Voltage Yellow is set to release in June 2022. It will drop at Nike as well as select retailers worldwide, both in-store and online. Coming in men’s sizes, retail is set at $130. Keep it locked to our Twitter andMobile App to stay up to date on future releases.
