Cool Grey And University Blue Collide On The Nike Air Max 95
Even though the Air Max 95's 25th anniversary was two years ago, Nike continues to bless the sneaker community with some of the greatest colorways of all time. After checking out the "Alabaster" and "Green Velvet" a few days ago, we're now taking our very first look at the Nike Air Max 95 "Cool Grey University Blue Dark Obsidian." Giving us serious OG "Neon" vibes, this is, no doubt, a future classic in the making.
Sergio Lozano's AM95 is already known for being a multi-material masterpiece, but this rendition takes the construction to another level. Working on top of a white mesh base, this is overlaid by leather, suede, and ripstop panels all across the lateral and medial sidewalls. Bright university blue hues take over the lace loops for a striking pop of contrast, and this electrifying hue extends towards the heel Swoosh branding and Max Air midsole underfoot. To round it all off, the iconic "AIRMAX" emblem is finely stitched onto the tongue, finalizing the design.
The Nike Air Max 95 Cool Grey University Blue Dark Obsidian will release sometime in Spring 2023 in men's sizes. Expected to drop at Nike and select retailers online and in-store, they'll retail for $175.
