Air Max heads had plenty of releases to be excited for in 2022 as the line itself celebrated its 35th birthday, beginning way back with the Nike Air Max 1. Pairs like the three-pack of Concepts x Nike Air Max 1 colorways and a range of releases courtesy of Cactus Jack helped remind us why the line is still so coveted to this day. Looking ahead to 2023, Nike isn’t letting up on the gas when it comes to AM releases with a brand new colorway of the Air Max 95 getting revealed, coming in "White Oil Green Medium Olive."
Across the upper of this AM 95, shades of white take over the majority of the sneaker while various shades of green (including Oil Green and Medium Olive) accent nicely against the colorless portions. Ballistic mesh takes over the olive toebox while netting material and leather panels run across the profile, transitioning from white to deeper shades of green as you work from top to bottom. Moving over to the tongue, nylon eyestays in a lighter green hue hold the white rope laces in place, sitting atop a similarly shaded mesh tongue. Branding details remain standard to a typical pair of Air Max 95s with “Air Max” itself written atop the tongue, a Nike Swoosh located on the lateral side of the heel, and a Nike Air logo found on the back of the heel. Underfoot, the midsole comes in all white with visible Air Units in the forefoot and heel coming in a green shade. Rounding out the design is the rubber outsole that borrows its color from the Air unit.
The Nike Air Max 95 White Oil Green Medium Olive is set to release in the Spring of 2023 through Nike and select NSW retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $175. Keep it locked to our Twitter and the Sole Retriever mobile app to stay updated on the latest happenings in sneakers, streetwear, and more.
