Before we can even enter 2023, The Swoosh continues to provide us with colorways of their ever-popular Dunk silhouette. While we’re all awaiting releases like the HBCU Pack, which includes colleges like FAMU and TSU, more inline releases have appeared like the upcoming Nike Dunk Low "Light Iron Ore."
The typical leather construction is present on this greyscale shaded Dunk Low, though the overlays utilize the patent variety in place of the standard smooth leather finish. These glossy pieces are found in grey along the mudguard, eyestays, and heel overlay, while the base white layer on the toebox, quarter panel, and collar stays smooth. Ribbon-like laces in grey run up the white mesh tongue to a red “Nike” branded tongue tag while the heel tab’s same branding detail switches things up with a 3D embroidery in a similar red hue. Along the midfoot a patent leather Nike Swoosh is dressed in all-black, matching the rubber outsole below. Completing the design is a white Dunk midsole.
The Nike Dunk Low Light Iron Ore is set to release this Holiday 2022 through Nike and select NSW retailers online and in-store. Retailing for $120, the pair will release in women’s sizing.
