With a rich history dating back to its initial release in the 1980s, the Nike Dunk Low has seen countless iterations and colorways, continuously captivating the hearts of sneaker enthusiasts worldwide. One such variant, the Nike Dunk Low Medium Curry, launched in early 2021 and again in 2023, follows the restocking trend of beloved Dunk colorways such as the St. Johns, Kentucky, and Syracuse.
First revealed by masterchefian, one of the owners of Private Selection, the 2023 Medium Curry combines different materials and colors like the OG release. Shaggy suede overlays on the mudguard, eyestays, and heel come in a warm tan hue, aptly dubbed medium curry. A sail leather finish contrasts the toebox, quarter panel, and collar. Sail is again used for the laces and tongue above, giving way to the brown Nike branding on the tag above. The iconic Swoosh at midfoot and the heel tab come in a light tan shade and are covered in the same suede. This delectable colorway sits atop a creamy sail midsole and is completed with a brown outsole.
The Nike Dunk Low Medium Curry will release on May 8, 2024, through Nike SNKRS. A wider release via retailers will come on May 30. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is now set at $125.
