While the New York Knicks may not be the top contender in the East they once were, the team is still one of the highest valued organizations across the four major American sports. Rabid fans have taken the last decades' woes in stride, still consistently getting decked out in the team's shades of white, orange, and blue, as does the latest colorway of the Nike Dunk Low Scrap, appearing in a New York Knicks color scheme.
Constructed to appear as if it was put together with leftover materials, the silhouette gets a mixture of suede and leather across the entire upper. Blue shades land on the double-stacked mudguard, eyestays, and heel overlay while the underlays come in shades of white, mixing between mesh and leather on the toe. White on white appears on the tongue with an orange Nike logo making its way to the nylon tongue tag. Running across the midfoot is yet another double-stacked overlay, this time the orange Nike Swoosh, working back to the same shaded heel tab. Contrasting the stark white found on the sockliner is a blue insole with orange Nike branding stamped atop. Rounding out the look is the coconut milk rubber midsole paired with an orange rubber outsole.
The Nike Dunk Low Scrap Knicks is slated to release in 2022 through Nike and select NSW retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $110.
