Nike's Greater Than series has become the brand's premier inline performance basketball sneaker series with the GT Run, now called the GT Hustle, getting its third iteration debuted in Paris during Nike's Nike on Air event. Alongside the new GT Hustle 3, The Swoosh showcased a variety of footwear, including 13 AI-assisted prototypes of signature sneakers from their top athletes, a Blueprint Pack inspired by Bill Bowerman, the Nike Jam, and the Nike SB PS8.
The GT Hustle 3 represents a leap forward in design and functionality, adopting a mid-cut silhouette that promises enhanced support without sacrificing agility. The shoe features an innovative all-knit upper made from Radial Knit, a new material that offers a dynamic fit while maintaining breathability and comfort. This design aesthetic follows the visual footsteps of the Cosmic Unity 3, noted for its distinct wavy pattern that appeals visually and provides structural integrity to the shoe.
Below the stylish upper, the GT Hustle 3 is equipped with cutting-edge performance technology. A sewn-in Zoom Air Strobel unit lays the foundation for responsiveness, while two additional Zoom Air units stacked in the forefoot amplify the propulsion and cushioning, ensuring that every step and jump is charged with energy.
The Nike GT Hustle 3 Blueprint will release on July 3, 2024, through Nike and select retailers both online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the sneaker will retail for $190.
