Nike Basketball celebrates the Gift Of Mamba for the second year. Following the Kobe 4 Protro, the Kobe 9 Low EM will don the black and metallic gold color scheme. This release will also mark the first time the EM version of the Kobe 9 will receive the Protro treatment. The sneaker will sport an all-black design, complete with an engineered mesh upper, faux snakeskin detailing, React cushioning, and Kobe's signature in metallic gold on the heel.
