Following up recent colorways, including the "Triple White," "Keep It A Buck," and "Made In Sepolia," Nike and Giannis have taken a sweet turn in their inspiration. The latest "Milk 'N Oreos" colorway draws from Giannis's love for Oreos, reflected in a wholesome tweet where he expressed his delight over the classic combo of dunking Oreos in milk.
The Nike Zoom Freak 5 Milk 'N Oreos dons a classic black and white color palette across its engineered mesh and leather upper, reminiscent of the famous cookie. Black leather overlays encompass the toebox, eyestays, and collar, pairing perfectly with the matching lace set, tongue, and sockliner. The shoe’s main highlight is the white, semi-transparent engineered mesh hosting a large, white leather Swoosh on the lateral side. Branding elements are kept subtle, with Giannis's logo on the tongue and the tongue lining. A white foam midsole underfoot provides cushioning, and a marbled black-and-white rubber outsole completes the aesthetic.
The Nike Zoom Freak 5 Milk 'N Oreos will release on August 1, 2023 through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $130.
