Originally released from 2004-05, the Nike Zoom LeBron 2 was the first signature sneaker for LeBron James to feature his name attached to it. The LeBron 2 features a removable ankle strap along with laser print detailing. Zoom Air cushioning can be found in the forefoot and heel, encased in a Pebax shell. A Xytel midfoot shank and rubber outsole round things out for the Ken Link designed silhouette.
Still in its early stages, LeBron retros began in 2017 with the return of the “First Game” edition of the Nike Air Zoom Generation. A few more colorways of the AZG followed before Nike brought back the LeBron 3, LeBron 7 and LeBron 8 for a couple releases. While the Nike Zoom LeBron 2 isn’t set to return until late in the 3rd quarter of 2022, expect to see other LeBron retros throughout the first half of the year to tide you over. At this time no colorways have been announced however, expect to OG’s as well as some new iterations drop.
The Nike LeBron 2 is set to release in 2022. It will launch at Nike as well as select retailers in-store and online. They will be available in men’s sizes with a retail price to be announced. Keep it locked to our Twitter and Mobile App to stay up to date on this release as it gets closer.
