When it comes to collaborations, Converse knows exactly what it's doing. After checking out the A-COLD-WALL* and ADER error collections last month, the All Star brand has now dished out a tasty team up with the Nissin Foods x Converse All-Star R "Cup Noodles" Pack. Made in partnership with one of Japan's most popular instant noodle brands, the three-shoe range is sure to tantalise your tastebuds this season, so keep on reading to find out everything that we know so far.
Taking on the Converse All-Star R, Nissin's ramen-ready rendition is served up in two high-top iterations and one low-top version. Paying tribute to the Japanese convenience food company's original and seafood flavors, the high-tops are crafted from clean white canvas while the low-top opts for a blacked out palette. All three pairs are decorated with details that can be found on the noodle's actual cup packaging, complete with ingredient information, barcodes, and Nissin's signature graphics. You'll also find co-branded detailing printed across the insoles to cement the mouth-watering mash-up.
Not much else is known about the Nissin Foods x Converse All-Star R Cup Noodles Pack at this moment in time, but it's expected to release sometime in January 2023 in men's sizes. Rumored to be dropping at Converse and select stockists online and in-store, retail is currently set at around $100 each.
