Nike’s partnership with Paris Saint Germaine, through Jordan Brand, has ushered in multiple collaborations throughout the years on various silhouettes. Most recently, we saw PSG land a Jordan 1 Low OG collaboration, but now the French soccer club has crafted two colorways of the recently released Nike Air Max Plus Drift.
Launching in a Black Wheat Gold and Sail Wheat Gold color scheme, both pairs come with the beefed-up heavy-duty rubberized overlays the Air Max Plus Drift is known for. These panels take on part of the titular hue and remain in the same palm tree-inspired pattern from the original Air Max Plus, wrapping back across the entire upper. Below this sits a terrycloth material that transitions from a wheat gold shade to black on the Black Wheat Gold rendition and between a cream, wheat gold, and navy finish on the Sail Wheat Gold pair. Branding for PSG is located along the tongue and the insole, while the lateral heel comes with a Swoosh logo. Underfoot, both pairs feature a Tuned Air-cushioned foam midsole with a tonal rubber outsole.
The PSG x Nike Air Max Plus Drift Pack will release in Holiday 2024 through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $185.
