The TURBOWPN Cream Black carries forward the distinctive design elements Owens introduced in previous collaborations: the extended tongue, plush collars, and exaggerated panels. For this release, the luxury leather upper is drenched in a creamy palette, offset by stark black detailing. Key features include the prominent black featured on details like the Y-Strap on the collar, the uppermost eyestay, and the co-branded tongue tag. Adding depth is the signature DRKSHDW logo by Rick Owens on the lateral side and the timeless Converse All-Star emblem on the medial side. Below, the sneaker is anchored by an enlarged cream-colored vulcanized rubber midsole, harmoniously paired with a rubber outsole of the same shade.
The Rick Owens x Converse DRKSHDW TURBOWPN Cream Black will release October 3, 2023, through Nike SNKRS, Converse, Rick Owens, and selected retailers both online and in-store.
