Collaborations with retailers have become much more common in the sneaker game over the last few years. For the EU-based retailer Sneakersnstuff (more commonly referred to as SNS), brands like adidas, New Balance, and Converse have linked up with the multiple times in recent memory, though SNS’ latest partnership comes via Puma. Taking the mid-2000s Puma Blaze Of Glory, SNS elevates the model and brings it to the modern day.
Keeping a similar shape to the original Blaze Of Glory, SNS and Puma add a lux color palette of ivory glow, winter moss, and rosin to the suede and leather upper. Wavy suede panels work from the heel towards the toe with the rear featuring perforations. Sitting atop the eyestays, TPU overlays help keep the tan laces in place that run over the ivory glow tongue. Accenting both the white and green shades is a tan suede overlay found along the toebox. Branding details remain minimal with a co-branded SNS and Puma logo found on the tongue tag and stamped atop the foam insole. Rounding out the look is the Trinomic cushioned foam midsole, coming in white, paired with a white and tan rubber outsole.
The SNS x Puma Blaze Of Glory is set to release on October 21st, 2022 through SNS online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $140.
