After wrapping up the second half of Season 4, Stranger Things fans are dying to see where the series is headed, though they’ll have to wait till at least 2024 to get the next season. In the meantime, why not relive what you just witnessed? Well, Vans and Stranger Things have you covered with their upcoming collaborative collection that ranges from sneakers to apparel and accessories.
Starting with the footwear, the Vans Sk8-Hi Reissue will delve into the Upside Down, featuring a spooky black and red color scheme with white contrasts throughout. Watch out, on the lateral side, you’ll find vines ready to chew through the canvas upper, while on the medial side you can make your escape with the whole gang. On the Style 36 silhouette, join the Hellfire Club and get some D&D action going. Covered in canvas throughout the upper, graphics depicting the club's logo and title make their way to the profile while the rest of the sneaker is covered in red cracks from the Upside Down looking to break through. Finally, join Argyle on his shifts at Surfer Boy Pizza with the Vans Authentic on feet, given a contrasting black-and-white and red-and-white checkerboard pattern alongside graphics representing the restaurant.
Apparel will have you living inside the Stranger Things universe with a range of jackets, shirts, and shorts depicting themes from the show. Echo Beach vibes come through the camp shirt and short set, featuring dual “Off the Wall” and “Upside Down” text printed throughout the design. Various graphic tees recreate classic Vans design motifs through the lens of Stranger Things, though the highlight of the entire capsule is definitely the Hellfire Club Jean Jacket. Coming over-dyed in all black, the back features the Hellfire Club logo. On top of all this, you can even design your own footwear and apparel through Vans Customs once the collection does release.
The Stranger Things x Vans Collection is set to drop on August 26th, 2022 through Vans and select retailers online and in-store. Coming in a range of sizes, the retail prices for styles have yet to be announced.
