After a short delay, Jordan Brand launched their latest Rare Air series with a duo of Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG's in early April. With an Air Jordan 3 and an Air Jordan 4 on the way, JB is looking to release some inline pairs following the same theme. Up next is an all-new Air Jordan 1 Mid in a complementing colorway.
The Air Jordan 1 Mid Rare Air is reminiscent of the AJ 1 High OG released. The upper is comprised of various materials and colorways, furthering the theme. Deep Royal Blue, neutral grey, white, and university red complement each other well, as seen on select upper portions.
Regarding branding, the Wings logo on the collar and the Swoosh on the sides come in deep royal blue, while the Jumpman on the tongue tag and insoles are red. An aged, sail-colored midsole adds vintage flair, while a royal blue outsole completes the look.
The Air Jordan 1 Mid Rare Air is set to release in Fall 2025, through Nike and select Jordan Brand retailers online and in-store. In full-family sizing, retail is set at $125 (men), $110 (GS), $75 (PS), and $60 (TD), respectively.
