Stussy and Converse have joined forces multiple times over the last few years. We’ve seen collaborative Chuck 70s come our way, including nearly a dozen colorways launched since November 2022. Following up on the two-pack that featured suede-covered colorways in Poppy Red and Sky Blue, Stussy is now covering the humble Chuck 70 in snakeskin.
Retaining the stitching details and paneling from the OG Chuck Taylor, this pair replaces the canvas upper with a faux snakeskin material. Stussy’s star logo is embroidered in black on the lateral side, while the medial side inverts the Chuck 70 patch. More Stussy branding is seen via the redesigned All-Star logo on the tongue and the co-branded insole. Other details on the sneaker include white contrast stitching on the paneling, metallic eyelets, and a white lace set. Below sits a white vulcanized rubber midsole with black piping details and a gum rubber outsole.
The Stussy x Converse Chuck 70 Snakeskin will release on October 17, 2024, through Nike SNKRS, Converse, and Stussy online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $110.
