The Nike Air Foamposite One has been hot since it was resurrected in classic colorways such as Metallic Red, Anthracite, and Eggplant. With the Royal and Copper pairs on the way later this year and the highly coveted Galaxy returning in 2025, a few more Foams are set to be sprinkled into the rest of 2024. As Tekken celebrated its 30th Anniversary in 2024 with the coinciding release of Tekken 8, the Bandai Namco Entertainment video game series has teamed up with Nike for a 2-pack of Foamposite Ones and already seen in the Fist edition, a Kazama pair is set to drop alongside it.
The Tekken 8 x Nike Air Foamposite One Kazama comes in a photon dust, metallic dark grey, off-noir, dragon red, and anthracite colorway. Tying in with an upcoming Fist Meets Fate figurine, initially set to release in September but pushed back to November, that furthers the storyline, Jin Kazama continues his historic battle with Kazuya Mishima on-screen and onto the Foamposite One. Similar in design to the Fist pair, the sneaker features a white-based upper with lightning details throughout the Foamposite material. Also, instead of a custom graphic on the bottom of the outsole with FIST outlined in blue, this pair will feature FATE instead, surrounded in red. The Tekken 8 x Nike Air Foamposite One Kazama will be in special packaging like its Fist counterpart.
The Tekken 8 x Nike Air Foamposite One Kazama will release on October 4, 2024, through select retailers online and in-store. A wider release via Nike SNKRS will take place on October 25, 2024. Available in men’s sizing, retail is set at $250.
