Establishing itself in recent years as a fundamental silhouette in the sneaker scene, the New Balance 550 continues to emerge in new iterations. Following the recent reveal of the “Terracotta” colorway, New Balance is now dressing the Steven Smith-designed sneaker in a White and Vintage Teal combo.
The 550 exhibits a striking contrast with white leather overlays across the upper accented by grey suede on the mudguard. The "N" logo appears in a cream finish with vintage green piping standing out on the neutral palette. This subtle vintage green shade is carried over to the sockliner, heel, collar, and branding details on the tongue, establishing a coherent theme throughout the shoe. Underfoot, a white midsole and a vintage green outsole round out the shoe's design.
The New Balance 550 White Vintage Teal will release June 21 through New Balance and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men's sizing, the retail price is set at $110.
