Converse has been on a tear in the last few weeks regarding collaborative efforts. Official images and releases of pairs from Stussy, IRAK, Billie Eilish, UNDEFEATED, and Brain Dead have all made the rounds online, with yet another partner joining the fray — Korean fashion label thisisneverthat. Previously, the brand worked on the One Star Ox and Chuck Taylor.
Fresh off a reveal of thisisneverthat’s upcoming New Balance 1000, the label’s newest Converse collaboration will take place on the Converse One Star Pro. Trekking Green lands across the canvas and suede portion of the upper, with suede details landing on the toe and tongue. Moving across the sneaker, you’ll spot white contrast stitching atop the green canvas panels and a white star logo on the midfoot, the latter taking on a cracked leather finish. More white hues land along the lacing setup, stitching around the tongue and the sockliner—branding details for thisisneverthat land on the co-branded insole and tongue. Underfoot sits a vulcanized rubber midsole with black piping details, and one final hit of thisisneverthat branding on the heel paired with a black outsole.
The thisisneverthat x Converse One Star Pro will release on November 5, 2024, through Converse, thisisneverthat, Nike SNKRS, and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $90. Download the Sole Retriever mobile app to stay updated on the latest releases, raffles, news, and more in the sneaker and streetwear world.
