MSCHF is continuing their dive into the sneaker world after their infamous Satan Shoes they released with Lil Nas X back in 2021. The art collective is now looking to Tyga to help release their latest drop, the MSCHF Wavy Baby.
The silhouette takes cues from the ever-popular Vans Old Skool and distorts the sneaker to create a wavy upper and midsole. The black suede and canvas upper features accenting white stitching and a profile wavy leather overlay, creating a bold look that stands out from the crowd. On the white insole comes “Wavy” branding resembling a Vans logo while the heel uses a red tag with MSCHF. Down below, the wave-like rubber midsole comes in white with a gum rubber outsole featuring removable red tape stating that MSCHF is not responsible for injuries sustained wearing the sneaker. Included is a special box resembling Vans packaging, indicating the Tyga connection on the side of the box.
