Known for its bold and vibrant designs, Golf Wang has primarily partnered with Converse for its footwear projects. However, Tyler and his team are branching out with a new collaboration, this time with Clarks Originals. The result is a fresh take on the iconic Clarks Originals Wallabee, showcasing Tyler's creative flair.
The Golf Wang x Clarks Originals Wallabee Collection features three distinct colorways: Black, Green, and Pink. Each pair is crafted from premium suede, with embossed hearts scattered across the upper, adding a playful and stylish touch. The standard stitching details, synonymous with the Wallabee silhouette, remain intact, preserving the shoe's classic look. A heart-shaped hang tag with Golf branding and a contrasting tag on the lateral collar add unique branding elements to the design. The shoes sit atop Clarks Originals' signature crepe sole in a natural hue, ensuring comfort and durability.
The Golf Wang x Clarks Originals Wallabee Collection will release on July 27, 2024, through Golf Wang's flagship stores in Los Angeles, London, and New York City, as well as online. As of this writing, the retail price has yet to be announced.
