Martine Rose and Nike are Releasing More Nike Shox MR4 Mules in Fall 2025
Published
With the Nike Shox having an “it” moment last summer and bleeding into 2025, Nike is finally showing the classic 2000s cushioning tech some more love. Following a two-year hiatus, Martine Rose and Nike are back working on the Shox MR4 Mule.
Martine Rose, the high-fashion designer who rose to prominence during the 2010s, working alongside Demna at Balenciaga and eventually forming her eponymous label, first worked with Nike in 2018 on a morphed version of the Nike Monarch. The duo moved on to the Shox R4 silhouette in 2022, with Rose reimagining the sneaker as a mule with dress shoe influence, having since launched the model in six different colorways.

For the latest collection of Martine Rose Nike Shoxs, the designer is introducing two new colorways: one in white, varsity red, metallic platinum, and dark charcoal hues, and another in fire red and black. Currently, there are no images of the pairs. Still, we can expect them to follow the same design motifs and details as previous MR4 Mules, including the pointed toe, backless mule construction, and elevated Shox cushioning in the heel.
The Martine Rose x Nike Shox MR4 Mule Fall 2025 Collection W will release in Fall 2025 through Nike, Martine Rose, and select retailers online and in-store.
