In 2020, Jordan Brand introduced us to the Air Jordan 1 High ‘85 with the New Beginnings Pack, featuring the aforementioned AJ 1 and the Jordan Air Ship. While not an original colorway on the Jordan 1, Jordan Brand is looking to this pivotal moment from 2020’s NBA All-Star releases to inspire the look of a brand-new Air Jordan 1 Low for Summer 2025.
The sneaker, featuring a two-tone white and varsity red combo, opts for a leather and nylon finish across the entire upper. White leather details hit the toebox and midfoot, while the nylon tongue and cotton lace set continue with this shade. Contrasting this are hits of varsity red on the mudguard, eyestays, heel overlay, Swoosh, and collar, the latter of which was white on the original Air Jordan 1 High ‘85 New Beginnings.

Jumpman branding on the tongue also comes in red, while the Wings logo on the heel, embroidered atop the red leather heel tab, comes in white. Finishing the upper is the red sockliner. Below, the sneaker features a white rubber midsole and a red rubber outsole.
The Air Jordan 1 Low New Beginnings will release in Summer 2025 through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is $115.
