Jordan Brand noticed how popular the Air Jordan 4 was and decided to introduce some new variants to the mix, bringing forth the low-top, takedown Air Jordan 4 RM and the Air Jordan 4 NET. The latter of the two reimagines the silhouette with the plastic netting on the midfoot and tongue covering the upper top half, fundamentally changing the sneaker's construction as we know it. After colors like White and Black, a Rattan iteration has appeared.
Like the other two versions of the Air Jordan 4 Retro NET, this Rattan colorway comes with a premium smooth leather construction for the mudguard, toebox, heel, and collar, extending the titular hue across all the sneaker. The plastic netting of the midfoot and tongue are enlarged and cover the tongue and midfoot portions of the upper, though the TPU wings that hold the lace set remain even if the lacing system is rendered useless.

Metallic Gold charms are attached on the midfoot and the heel tab, the latter containing a tonal Jumpman logo. Internally, the structure of the Jordan 4 remains identical to the OG, featuring a Jumpman-laden tongue and padded sockliner that are partially hidden due to the plastic cover added between the net and tongue. Down below sits a rattan Air Jordan 4 midsole and outsole.
The Air Jordan 4 Retro NET Rattan W will release in Summer 2025 through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in women’s sizing, the retail price is $210.
