Halloween is not just about costumes and candy; it's also a time for sneakerheads to join the festivities. adidas is no stranger to releasing timely, thematic kicks, and as part of the brand's 2023 Halloween line-up, the Forum Low is getting a spooky makeover. This launch will coincide with the Harden Vol. 7 Jack O'Lantern release, which boasts a similar color scheme and detailing.
Stepping into the ghoulish realm, the adidas Forum Mod Low Jack O'Lantern is meticulously crafted with a medley of materials and shades. A rough-textured canvas, reminiscent of scarecrow’s burlap sacks, graces the mudguard, parts of the midfoot, and the heel. Complementing this is a delicate stitching in brown, which adorns the toe and midfoot, adding to the eerie appeal. Beyond the canvas, creamy leather sections cover the midfoot and tongue, juxtaposed by suede overlays in a harmonious tan. Instead of the traditional strap, a playful Jack O'Lantern charm is featured, complete with a button as one of its eyes. The Halloween color scheme is completed with splashes of vibrant orange across the midfoot netting, sockliner, heel's pull tab, and parts of the tongue. A tan rubber midsole, enhanced with orange TPU sections on the heel and midfoot, sits atop a sturdy brown rubber outsole, encapsulating the design.
The adidas Forum Mod Low Jack O'Lantern will release October 2023 through adidas and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price has yet to be announced.
