Eric “Shake” James’ Clicks Kicks is Releasing Two adidas Forum Low CLs for 414 Day
Published
We’ve seen Eric “Shake” James leverage his relationship with adidas to uplift the local community in Milwaukee through multiple initiatives over the years, many of which have been tied to collaborative footwear. Beginning with the Forum Low CL Day One Pack in 2023, multiple different projects have come from the duo, including the 414 Day Rivalry Low, celebrating Milwaukee’s history and the recent Twilight Collection. Now, Shake is revisiting 414 Day as a theme for two colorways of the Forum Low CL.
Borrowing a few features from the original 414 Day Rivalry Low, Clicks Kicks adds beer and cheese-inspired design motifs to the leather tongue tag, splitting the two between the left and right shoe, respectively. New for this pair is the wave-like pattern, paying homage to Lake Michigan, that appears on the blue nylon tongue, a feature found on both the White and the Bluecolorwaysy in the collection. Three Stripes are rendered in suede, with contrasting shades embroidered in a spike pattern.

Added microphone charms are placed on the lacing system, appearing in tonal finishes, while we see more contrasting shades land on the heel overlay and sockliner. Finishing the sneaker is the tonal midsole and a gum rubber outsole. Accompanying apparel in the form of two t-shirts will be released alongside the footwear.
The Clicks Kicks x adidas Forum Low CL 414 Day Collection will release on April 12, 2025, exclusively through Clicks Kicks online and in-store. The Blue pair is limited to 800 pairs, and Cream White to 200. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is $134.14.
