New Balance’s 1906R is having a bit of a moment. With a few collaborations teased during Paris Fashion Week and an Action Bronson collaboration on the horizon, New Balance is clearly intent on pushing this model. This pump also includes clean general release versions, as seen with the reveal of the 1906R Slate Grey Brighton Grey rendition.
Fine grey mesh covers the base of the upper, with slate grey leather overlays enhancing the model's signature triangle shapes. The heel cage features an even darker shade of grey, which plays well with the hits of black found on the N-ergy midsole. The sole finishes off with a shiny grey mid-foot shank, while the outsole mixes hits of black and grey to tie it back to the upper. Two sets of laces of laces are included, one matching the grey theme and the other aligning itself more with the natural white midsole.
The New Balance 1906R Slate Grey Brighton Grey is set to drop July 10 through retailers including JD Sports and Finish Line, both online and in-store. Releasing in men’s sizing, the sneaker will retail at $155. Keep it locked to our Twitter and the Sole Retriever mobile app for updates on the latest happenings in sneakers, streetwear, and more.
