In the end, they decided to resurrect the 1906R, which launched in 2010. With the release of the thisisneverthat collaboration and a size? project coming in hot, we’re now taking a look at another colorway that is set to launch just around the corner, namely the New Balance 1906R "White Black."
Fully embracing the ‘90s-inspired design, this 1906R is crafted from a combination of mesh and leather and is drenched from heel to toe in a clean white hue. A glossy TPU cage adorns the heel in black, and this hue extends towards the italicized “N” logo that’s detailed with “NLOCK” branding. Underfoot, the midsole has been given a creamy paint job for pre-aged aesthetic, while fiery pops of red grace the front and heel for a contrast that is sure to turn heads wherever you go. This unit combines ABZORB foam with N-ERGY tech for the ultimate balance between comfort and cushioning.
