2022 has been a big and positive year for the Nike Air Max Penny 1. All three original colorways were scheduled to release, along with a duo of collabs from Social Status, as well as some new ones thrown into the mix. Despite months and months of delays, the Penny 1 came and went, almost as fast as it hit shelves. With that being said, we look forward to a few more drops before the year is over, then we get into the all-new Nike Air Max Penny 1 "Faded Spruce," fresh for Spring 2023.
Coming in a black, faded spruce, anthracite, dark pony, and coconut milk build, this Penny 1 sports a classic, all-black upper. Made up of various materials such as: nubuck, suede, ballistic mesh, and leather, subtle anthracite grey hits can be found, helping to contrast the black-based design. Dark Pony can be seen via the suede piping on the upper, as well as the embroidered 1 Cent logo on the back heel, and accenting the leather tongue and back heel pull tabs, giving off a luxe look. Finishing this pair off are hits of faded spruce via the translucent mudguard, jewel Swoosh, branding on the toe, and insoles.
The Nike Air Max Penny 1 Faded Spruce is set to release in Spring 2023. It will drop at Nike, via the SNKRS app, and at select retailers worldwide, both in-store and online. Coming in men's sizing, retail is set at $190. Keep it locked to our Twitter andMobile App to stay up to date on future releases.
