As we dive deeper into Nike's expansive basketball catalog, one can't overlook the impact of Penny Hardaway's sneaker line. The Orlando Magic legend’s sneaker range remains a fan favorite, with the Air Penny 2 as one of the standout designs. The model is now back in a brand-new neutral palette of black and white... or should we say “Panda?”
This version of the Air Penny 2, dubbed Light Bone Black, presents a clean black-and-white color scheme exuding effortless style. The upper consists of black suede and neoprene on the mudguard, wavy midfoot panel, and tongue. Grey leather graces the collar area, creating a tasteful contrast against the sneaker's core black-and-white theme. The foam midsole, wrapping onto the upper, takes on a stark white appearance. Penny's 1 Cent logo dominates the tongue tag and heel, while we see Swoosh branding on the lateral collar. Completing the look is a black outsole completes.
The Nike Air Penny 2 Light Bone Black will release this fall through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $200.
